Aqtify Complete Box

Box of Aqtify™ Complete containing 7 sachets. As 1 sachet of 128 grams serves as a daily dose, this box is suited for a weekly dose.

1. Malnutrition or At-Risk - Individuals facing or at risk of malnutrition, including elderly or chronically ill patients needing to preserve or rebuild muscle mass to enhance recovery and health.
2. Weight Loss Support - Individuals using anti-obesity treatments who need to preserve muscle mass while improving body composition.

Food for special medical purposes to be used under medical supervision in patients with existing or at risk of malnutrition as partial or complete replacement of normal diet. Complete, energy-rich food for supplementary, partial replacement or complete nutrition. Gluten-free.

Important notice

o be used only under medical supervision. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition. Not suitable for children <3 years and/or patients with galactosemia. Not intended for parenteral use.

Preparation

Add 1 sachet (126 grams) to a liquid or dish of your choice. Mix 126 grams of powder (1 sachet) with at least 120 ml of liquid (more is also allowed) to obtain a good and even solution.

Storage advice

Store in a cool, dry place (not in the refrigerator). Use immediately after preparation.
